The Cookie Jar Blend is for the Cookie Monster in all of us. Lately I've been obsessing how well this blend makes vegan oatmeal raisin cookies (see my recipe hack of the week for the recipe), but you can literally make any kind of drop, rolled, cut, or icebox cookie in the world (at least the ones I've attempted myself)! The added bonus--you can also make any kind of bar--brownies, blondies, fig newtons; you get the idea! Please note that for the very best results, it is essential to refrigerate the dough overnight for all drop cookies and for shortbreads, at least 30 minutes before baking. Other than that, you are a go for cookie season.
